Dawung (28/7) – Culture is an element in life that cannot be separated from society. Culture has several elements, one of which is: art. Art also has many forms, such as dance, music, etc. One of Another form of art istraditional games. Traditional games are forms games that usually come from an area and have been played for generations.
Along with the development of an increasingly advanced and modern era, several forms culture insociety also began to fade due to the eroded age. For to avoid this, the UNDIP KKN Team II students educated the students students at Dawung 3 Public Elementary School with the aim of preserving and maintaining it the culture they have.
In this work program, students give presentations related to one culture, namely traditional games. It was also conveyed how to make students can continueto preserve and maintain the culture they have where they live. At the end of the program, students together with other students practice by playing traditional games, such as congklak and bekel balls. Students involved in the program Thisgave a positive response and enthusiastically listened to the material be delivered.
